Structural Mechanics Testing System
The system adopts a closed-loop control strategy and utilizes advanced servo-hydraulic or electric actuation technology to apply stable and controllable static loads to the specimen at extremely low loading rates. While ensuring specimen safety, the system simultaneously acquires multidimensional response data with high precision, including force, displacement, and strain.
The primary objective of the test is to obtain highly repeatable mechanical data in compliance with international and national standards. The system accurately determines material and structural properties such as ultimate strength, yield characteristics, elastic modulus, and deformation behavior, providing reliable data support for material characterization, structural strength verification, and product design optimization.

6-Channel Static Test for an Aerospace Structural Component
A 6-channel multi-point coordinated static loading test was conducted on an aerospace structural component using the Qtcreate Lingdong coordinated loading controller and matching hydraulic actuators. The system accurately reproduced the loading conditions experienced by the test specimen under representative operating conditions, enabling precise characterization of its mechanical response under static loading.
