Robot Complete Machine & Component Matching Event of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “One Chain per...

Held in Tianjin on September 8, 2026, the robot complete machine and component matching event under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “One Chain per Month, One Cluster per Quarter” series has concluded successfully. Hosted by the Tianjin Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the event aims to further implement the major national strategy for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, seize opportunities in embodied intelligent robots, advance the deployment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei humanoid robot industrial chain coordination initiative, prioritize high-quality and strong partners, and foster a sound industrial ecosystem.

As a key test service provider for robot complete machines and components, our company participated in the event. We showcased comprehensive performance test platform solutions for joint modules, dexterous hands, robotic arms and lower-limb modules, and conducted face-to-face supply-demand matching with humanoid robot OEMs, component manufacturers and production line integrators across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Co-organized by industry and information authorities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the event drew over 160 enterprises from the region. Leading Beijing-based OEMs released on-site procurement lists for components, while component enterprises from Tianjin and Hebei demonstrated their industrial supporting capabilities in precision machining and core component R&D.

At the exhibition, we elaborated on the technical highlights of our robot joint module test bench to visiting clients and shared real-world application cases of the product. The robot joint module test bench serves as a comprehensive performance testing platform for key components including joint modules, dexterous hands, robotic arms and lower-limb modules. It can fully evaluate critical performance indicators of robot joint modules such as torque, speed, steady-state response, dynamic response, voltage, current, efficiency and temperature rise, to verify that motors meet design specifications. Meanwhile, our team engaged in in-depth industry exchanges with exhibitors, shared cutting-edge industrial information, and jointly discussed existing industry challenges and future technological development trends.

Leveraging the exhibition as a bridge to gather peers across the industrial chain, Qtcreate will continue to build on more than a decade of accumulated expertise in force-position hybrid servo control technology. With robust domestic technology, we will empower the high-quality development of the humanoid robot industry and help more cutting-edge intelligent technologies achieve real-scene deployment and mass-production breakthroughs.
