Dynamic Stiffness Test Bench
The Dynamic Stiffness Test Bench is a high-precision testing system based on electro-hydraulic loading technology, specifically designed for measuring actuator dynamic stiffness. Dynamic stiffness is quantified by relating the external load applied at the actuator output to the corresponding displacement response, making it a key indicator for evaluating the dynamic mechanical performance of actuators.
The system integrates stiffness calibration, multiple command signal generation modes, high-speed data acquisition, and real-time monitoring with alarm functions. Its open-architecture control software supports online tuning and debugging, while multiple built-in safety protection mechanisms ensure stable, reliable, and safe testing throughout the entire test process.
