Flight Simulator Control Loading System
Product Overview
Control Loading System as a core subsystem of flight simulators, the control-loading system delivers pilot control force feedback identical to that of real-world aircraft. It real-time simulates force-displacement characteristics of control sticks, control wheels, rudder pedals, throttles and brakes. The system acquires pilot control positions and transmits the data to the flight simulation computer. Meanwhile, it receives flight-dynamics calculation results to drive servo mechanisms for corresponding reaction-force output, reproducing control feel under diverse flight conditions and fault modes.
The control-loading system directly determines simulation fidelity of the simulator. It constitutes a mandatory assessment item for civil aviation Level-D full-flight simulators and military full-mission simulators, and shall comply with relevant standards including CCAR-60 and GJB specifications.
